We do personalized names with a cricut machine on our baby gowns, we have a photo listed for reference along with fonts to choose from. If you'd like a swaddle, or blanket personalized please message us. There is an additional fee for the personalization.

These items are non-refundable for any reason due to the custom nature of the item.

We recommend machine washing on delicate cycle with a free and clear detergent and hanging/laid out to dry.


Turbans:
Spot clean and avoid getting the knot wet on turbans. Lay flat to dry.

Customers are responsible for shipping fees on returns/exchanges. We do not send a return label unless it was a fault/issue on our end.

You have 30 days to contact us about an issue with an item you have received to get an exchange. After the 30 days we no longer am able to exchange the item or replace as its been used and am not responsible with normal wear and tear.

We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of shop credit after 30 days

For our pacifiers we do not accept returns if they have been opened/used for sanitary reasons.
