Custom and personalised orders

We do custom orders, just contact us for details.

We mainly work with reclaimed wood, no two pieces are ever the same. The design will be the same but there may be slight differences in sizing of the wood and range of colour will vary. This makes each product unique. The wood may show sign of use, so scratches, holes, splits are to be expected. Over time some movement or shrinkage of the wood may happen. All these will not affect the use of our product, just looks.

My stool gone wobbly...

Due to the nature of recycled wood this can happen overtime like with everything made out of wood. Please just use furniture pad under one of the legs.

Can I sit, stand etc on your three-legged stools?

No, they are made for storage only. We cannot guarantee they can take human weight.

What if my item arrived broken?

Please contact us within 48 hours to arrange for replacement. We cannot accept claims after 48 hours of you receving the item. Please note we will only offer replcement, not refund.

What if my item gone missing in the post?

If you didn't received your product within 7 working days from the order marked as despatched please contact us and we will get in touch with the courier. In the unlikely event where the courier lost your parcel we will either refund your or send you a replacement.

How can I return my order?

If you are not happy with the product please contact us immediately so we get the opportunity to resolve the issue. If for some reason you would like to return an item to us we will offer a refund or replacement as long as you contact us within 2 days of delivery and send the item back to us providing us with tracking number. The item must be returned in the original condition, within 14 days of delivery. Unless your item is damaged in the post, you will be liable for return postage costs.

Can I return custom / personalised product?

Due to the nature of custom made/personalised items and the time spent producing them, we do not accept returns and will not offer refunds.
