Custom and personalized orders

If you have a request to modify a current design or would like us to create a custom design for you, please send us a message! We would love to work with you to bring your idea to life. Custom orders are subject to a $3 additional charge based on the time it will take to create and the price designated by MakeoutCreekVintage.

For all apparel, turn inside out, machine wash cold on delicate cycle. Lay flat/hang to dry or dry on LOW heat. Do not iron directly on the design.

Each listing includes a sizing chart! Please review them carefully before placing your order to ensure you are ordering your desired size. Gildan products are used for all sweatshirts. T-shirts are either Gildan or Comfort Colors. Cropped tees are Bella + Canvas. Item used is specified in each listing description. Please send us a message if you have a question about which shirt is used for a specific design!

Gift wrapping and packaging

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate expedited shipping, packaging requests, gift messages or gift wrapping at this time - apologies for any inconvenience this may cause!

I ordered multiple items but have only received one. Where is the rest?

Not to worry! Since our items are made to order, they may be shipped separately. All items are sent out once completed to get your items to you as quickly as possible and to keep production efficient. Please send us a message if you have any questions!

Am I able to get a specific design on a different garment?

Yes - upon request and availability we'd be happy to work with you to have a specific item made.

I received the wrong item or my item is damaged!

Though we do our very best to ensure your item is of the best quality, nobody's perfect! If you receive an item you didn't purchase or your item is broken, ripped, stained, or damaged in any way, please send us a message with a picture of your item ASAP! If the item is a clock, we may require a short video showing the issue. We are more than happy to send you a new item or reprinted shirt as quickly as possible!

How long will it take to get my order? Can I get my item by a certain date?

All items are made to order! Processing time averages 3-7 business days. Shipping time usually takes an average of ~5 days, but shipping times can be unpredictable. Please see individual listings for the most accurate delivery estimates. We do not currently offer expedited shipping and cannot guarantee delivery dates beyond our estimates. Please carefully check estimated delivery range before ordering to ensure this aligns with your needs!
