Damaged items from transit-
If you receive a damaged item from transit please contact me directly within five days of receiving the item. Photographic proof will be required. All photographic proof can be sent to hello@firewithinco.com. To be eligible for a return due to damage, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will then discuss whether a refund or a replacement product would be appropriate.

Please thoroughly read scent descriptions before making a purchase. If you are unsure if you will like a scent, please reach out to me and we can discuss your preferences and work together to find something you will love.

At this time, we are not accepting returns/exchanges based on scent dislike. We do want you to love your purchase! If you receive your order and want to discuss a solution that would work for both us, please reach out hello@firewithinco.com

We do NOT accept cancellations. Please make sure that you read the items details including size of candle, scent description, and burn time before purchasing

Please be aware that Fire Within Candle Co. is not responsible for delayed transit times once your order leaves our hands. We have no control over transit times once packages are given to the mail carrier. Should your package become delayed or lost, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier. If your package is missing through USPS, please reach out to them at (800) 275-8777

We cannot offer a refund or replace items for missing or stolen packages.

Please be sure to double check your address as Fire Within Candle Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed or undeliverable address. If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or business closure and is "returned to sender", Fire Within Candle Co. is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees. We're happy to ship your package back to a different address, but you will be asked to cover shipping costs for reshipment.

Candle should not be burned for more than 4 hours at at time.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Keep wicks trimmed to 1/4 inch.

If you notice a large flame during burning, put out the candle & trim the wick before re-lighting.

Place burning candle on heat resistant surface.

Never move a candle while hot or burning.

Put out the candle if jar becomes excessively hot. It is best to put the candle out with a proper instrument. Do not blow the candle out with your face near the candle (to avoid burns or wax blowing).

Keep out of drafts.

Do not continue to use the candle once there is less than 1/2" of wax remaining

Keep out of reach of children.
