📚 Processing and Shipping Timeline

-My processing time is 2-4 business days. -Each item is made to order. -Orders placed Sunday-Thursday will typically ship within two business days, but there will be some exceptions. -Orders placed on anytime on Friday and Saturday will be shipped out on Monday.

🖋️ Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders are welcome! If you see something that you like but are curious about a different treatment, please message me. I would love to work on something special just for you. Please keep in mind that these are hand stamped pieces and I am limited to what stamps are currently produced by my suppliers. Please message me to ask if something can be done. If so, I will send you my deposit listing to start the process. This deposit is non-refundable and covers the material cost in testing and proofing your design.

📖 Care instructions

I strive to make all of my jewelry as durable as possible. I am very careless with the pieces I wear, and I want to make something that will wear well with my lifestyle. The only thing I advise against is excessive polishing since it can lighten the darkening agent. I wear a lot of my pieces while working out, showering, and sleeping, and they all have stood up to those tasks quite well. Do not shape and reshape rings or bracelets by hand. The metal will weaken, resulting in a broken ring.

📦 Delivery and Missing Packages

Once USPS has possession of your item, I cannot be held responsible for getting it to you. If your item hasn't had any updated tracking, please message me to fill out a missing package request. If your item was marked as delivered, but you did not receive it, please send me a copy of the police report you filed for your stolen package, and I can ship you a replacement.

💔 Damaged and Broken Pieces

Carefully inspect your order when it arrives. If your pieces come damaged, please message me immediately so I can start a resolution. Please treat your jewelry with care. I cannot replace broken jewelry due to your mishandling of the piece. Example of misuse are: tugging on necklaces, bending rings, or stretching out bracelets.

📬Returns and Exchanges

Not happy with your piece? You can absolutely do a return or exchange for made to order pieces. Please reach out to me before sending the piece back. Returns where I was not reached out to will be considered a forced return and are against Etsy's policies. Items must be in original and unworn condition. If you need a shipping label from me, the amount of your return will have the shipping deducted. If you purchase a shipping label independently, you will receive the full refund amount. Shipping should not be more than $5 for USPS Ground Advantage. I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom pieces. I send a variety of photos and proofs during the production process, so you know exactly what you are getting.

✦ DESCRIPTION:
This necklace starts with a rough pewter pendant. I determine the center of the pendant, mark, and stamp it. After stamping, I darken the impressions with a black patina that should last through many situations. I then polish the pendant and attach it to the necklace chain. It is then wrapped up and shipped with care to you!
