Unfortunately I don't offer any Returns or Exchanges at this point due to geographical circumstances. However feel free to contact me if there is anything wrong with any item you order from me with pictures from said item.

The delivery times fluctuate depending on what item you order since I work with different partners around the USA. Shipping times also depend on off-peak and peak seasonal months. Production time usually takes: During off-peak months orders are processed within 2-7 business days on average and ready for shipping. During peak seasonal months, orders are processed within 9-12 business days on average and ready for shipping. Year to year can be different. Keep in mind that shipping times from carriers also play a factor in the overall deliver times for orders. Peak months are: - Valentines Day - St Patrick's Day - Easter - Mother's Day - Father's Day - 4th of July - Back to School - Halloween - Thanksgiving - Christmas/New Years

This Personalized Faux Marble Mug is perfect for coffee, tea or hot chocolate. This durable white ceramic mug comes in the most popular size of 11oz. The marble design is printed around the mug from one end of the handle to the other one. Both ends of the print have a unique and cool zigzag design (check out the video with visible handle). The custom name will be printed on both sides of the mug so you can see it no matter what hand you hold your mug in.

HOW TO ORDER:
Choose which number out of the available 9 styles of mug you want and type the desired name/text into the personalization box. Once your order goes through I will adjust the design with the custom name and send it to production. Your personalization can contain multiple words (Not limited to just the name).
I don't offer custom inserts since I'm working with a printing partner for those mugs.

WARNING:
This wraparound mug design goes through a dye sublimation process. It is not real marble and the glitter and golden or shiny elements are printed and not real.
