Response from Chia

Followed up on customer's previous comment and 3 star rating. Customer purchase without reading any of the listing detail and expected it to be embroidered. The order was shipped on time. It did take 2 days longer than expected to delivered but that is no way my fault. It's the holidays you're going to expect delays. Customer's order was sent out Nov 30th. The order was delivered by dec. 13th. The only thing that was sad here is not reading the details and leaving bad ratings because of it.
