DO YOU USE RECYCLED MATERIAL FOR SHIPPING?

Yes. Whenever appropriate, we reuse clean, sturdy boxes and packing materials. This helps reduce waste and control shipping costs. Every item is still packed carefully using materials appropriate for its size, weight, and fragility.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently ship within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not offer standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about delivery to your location.

FRIEGHT SHIPMENT POLICY

Large furniture may require freight or blanket-wrap delivery. Please contact us before purchasing so delivery options, costs, timing, and responsibilities can be confirmed in Etsy Messages. Do not schedule a carrier or pickup until arrangements have been approved. Buyers must provide accurate contact information and be available to coordinate delivery. Please inspect the item at delivery and document any visible damage before the carrier leaves. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. We will assist with available tracking and shipment documentation.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED?

Please contact us through Etsy’s “Help with Order” system as soon as possible—preferably within 24 hours of delivery. Include clear photographs of: - The damaged item - The shipping box or container - The shipping label - All interior packing materials - Any visible damage to the box Please retain the item, box, and all packing materials until the claim or case is resolved. Do not discard, repair, or return the item without instructions. We will review the damage and help determine the appropriate next step, which may involve the shipping carrier, insurance provider, or Etsy’s Purchase Protection process.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES?

Due to the unique nature of vintage, antique, and handmade items, all sales are generally considered final. However, if you believe there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a return is approved, the item must be returned in the condition received, excluding the issue being reported. The buyer is responsible for securely packaging the item for return shipment. Refunds, when approved, are issued after the item has been received and inspected. Please note that any approved refund applies to the original purchase price only and does not include return shipping costs. Items damaged during transit must follow the procedures outlined in our Damage

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS DELAYED, LOST, OR MARKED DELIVERED BUT MISSING?

Please contact us through Etsy’s “Help with Order” system so we can review the tracking information and help determine the next step. If tracking shows “delivered,” please first check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the carrier. Carriers sometimes mark packages delivered shortly before they arrive. For delayed or missing shipments, we will provide available shipping documentation and assist with the carrier or Etsy process. Qualifying orders may be covered by Etsy Purchase Protection. Refund eligibility is determined under Etsy’s current policies and the circumstances of the order.
