Eventhough stated in my shop policy that I am not accepting any returns, I am happy to resolve any problems occurred after recipient of your orders.

I usually post all the parcels on Monday every week. I live in Berlin so I use Deutsche Post and DHL as my main posting handlers. All my orders are sent out with a Standard Shipping without any signed for/tracking service. If you would like the parcel to be tracked/signed for, please choose the upgrade option for shipping when checking out. For international customers, it is important to leave your email details at check out note for mailing requirement from the post office.

For a full refund, it is only possible when you return the product only in the case the products are damage during transport. When receiving the returned product, refund will be processed on the same working day. Part-refund for slightly damaged item will be possible only when there are photo proof. This is when you wish you keep the products and not returning them.
