Who creates the artworks in this shop?

Every artwork in my shop is a 100% original digital creation made entirely by me, Ema Paraschiv. I do not use AI, prompts, or third-party generators of any kind. Each piece is crafted from scratch, with my own artistic process, and is protected by copyright. Whether you purchase a digital download or a printed artwork, it is an authentic piece of my work. All artworks are intended for personal use or as meaningful gifts. How to acces my printables files (Digital Downloads)

To download your digital files, log in to your Etsy account using a web browser like Safari or Chrome, since the Etsy app does not support downloads. You can access them anytime by following these steps: 1. Log into Etsy on your browser 2. Go to “You” → “Purchases & Reviews” 3. Find your order and click “Download Files” Each purchase also comes with: • A Print Guide with tips on the best surfaces and how to handle the files without losing quality • A Size Guide showing which ratio file to use and what sizes you can print from each These guides ensure your artwork prints in the correct size, with sharp details and vibrant colors, ready to frame and enjoy.

How are the printed artworks produced and shipped? (Printed & Shipped)

All of my printed artworks are made to order, created especially for you once purchased. They are produced in trusted local facilities (US, UK, EU, AU), so you never pay customs fees, import taxes, or extra costs. Smaller prints ship flat, larger ones may arrive rolled or boxed. For some regions couriers may require a phone number, which I’ll request if needed. If your country is not listed at checkout, message me, I may still arrange delivery, though times may be longer and extra costs can apply.

What print options and materials do you offer? (Printed & Shipped)

Each piece is professionally printed with museum-quality archival inks on premium fine art paper, poly-cotton canvas, or solid wood frames. Options include unframed prints, framed prints with shatter-resistant acrylic glazing, stretched canvas, and framed canvas. All materials are sustainably sourced and carefully packaged to arrive safely. If you cannot find the size you need, I can usually prepare custom dimensions across all formats to fit your space perfectly.

What is your returns and support policy?

Because every printed artwork is custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted. This is very important to understand before purchasing. Always measure your wall or frame and choose the exact size you need, as once production begins the order cannot be canceled or refunded. The only exceptions are if your print arrives damaged during shipping or if I send the wrong size, design, or frame. In those cases I will replace it once clear photos are provided within 14 days of delivery. Each order is carefully checked and securely packaged to avoid problems, but if anything unexpected happens I’ll do my best so you can enjoy your artwork. For digital downloads, returns are only possible if the files have not been downloaded.
