The product must be returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for returns.

Upon acceptance of the return by the seller, the buyer will receive instructions for returning the product.
Returns made without prior notification to the seller will not be accepted.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
In case of a return of the entire order, we will refund only the price of the product.
