I make custom orders. If you would like some items to be custom made or created for you in a special way, feel free to send an Etsy a message with your requirements, and we can discuss them.
I offer to personalize most all items in my shop, as well as you can make a request for a completely custom item.
I also offer to recreate already sold pieces on agreement.
How long does it take for you to produce? - It depends on the size of the order and its sophistication, but usually from a 2 week to a 10 weeks. It also depends on the number of orders I currently have.

Each model is designed, hand-sewn and modeled by me. Each Art Doll toy is reinforced with a skeleton. Art Doll is not suitable for children as it consists of small and sharp parts that could theoretically be dangerous for children. The toy is more suitable for collecting purposes and photography than for children. However, the toy is made of modern and strong materials, , but I recommend protecting it from falling and water! Medium and large Art Dolls are fully positionable, smaller and small Art Doll magical creatures have legs, tails and wings fixed

Dragons and magical creatures are interior decorations, not toys.

Do not wash in the washing machine, do not dry in the dryer.

Three main points make up the delivery & shipping time:

1. Packing and order preparation of goods that are currently on offer takes a maximum of a week.

2. Items marked as "made to order" will take time to craft, paint, make photos and then to pepare them for shipping.
This can take a 3 week up to 10 week.

3. Delivery to the European Union takes very quickly, usually no longer than 1-2 weeks. Outside the European Union, this can take 12 to 25 days, but it can be little bit more or less. When sending outside the European Union, the length of shipping also depends on the length of the customs control. It can be only a week or they can keep the goods for several weeks. Unfortunately, this process cannot be accelerated.

I try to arrange every package as beautifull as possible :) Pieces which are small enough will be send in a giftbox and in bubblefoil. Bigger pieces will be safely wrapped in bubblefoil and cardboard box for most safe delivery.

The outer packaging is made from recycled materials, so expect it not to be like new. The inner packaging is original just for you.

All packages are shipped with greatest care. Im not responsible if the package arrives damaged. You must REFUSE to accept shipment if the package is damaged and fill a report in your local post office. Please make sure everything is in order before accepting your package.

My shop accepts order cancellations in 1 hour from ordering product

If the tracking number does not work for you here on etsy, please do not hesitate to write to me and I will send you an external link to track the shipment together with its number. Each shipment that I send has its own tracking number (unless, of course, it is a split product for an order by agreement)

Yes, it is possible. For this type of payment, it is important to agree in advance, even before the order itself. I usually divide the amount into a deposit (40% of the price) and an additional payment after completing the order (60% of the product price), but it is not a problem to divide the amount into 3 parts. Since most of the things I make take around 6-10 weeks, it's more convenient for the customer and I don't have a problem with that. After agreement, I mark the "deposit product (part 1 for exapmle)" as sent without a tracking number. Only the actual shipped finished product receives a tracking number after shipping
