When will my order be shipped?

We ship all of our orders within 1 business day. Our prints are posted every working weekday.

What shipping company do you use?

We use Royal Mail shipping unless another option is chosen at checkout. Royal Mail then work with their delivery partners in each country. For example, they pass mail onto USPS in the US.

Do your prints come framed or can you provide a frame?

Our prints are unframed. We do not sell prints with frames. There are lots of lovely frames available online in places such as Etsy and Amazon that fit my prints. When looking, all you need to do is search using the A size that you’d like (not the measurements). So if you buy a size A2 print for example, you should search for- 'frame to fit A2 print'. Ikea also sells frames that fit. Their sizes are different but they have helpful information in their stores that tell you what size would fit as their sizes are in cm / inches and not A sizes.

Do you create custom orders?

Please message us individually for this. We can create custom orders but these may cost more than the prints listed.

What if my item is not delivered on time?

We ship orders quickly but we cannot guarantee delivery times at any time unless special delivery (UK only) is selected. We will work with buyers to identify any potential delays in delivery. Please message us through Etsy if you are concerned about your order.

Do you sell digital downloads?

We do not sell digital downloads.

- Always handle you Giclée print wearing cotton gloves and avoid touching the print itself - If you don’t have gloves, make sure you have clean hands and do not touch the ink – even the smallest amount of oil or grease that occurs naturally can damage your print - Always hold the print by it’s edges and do not bend it - To uncurl a print place the print on a flat, clean surface away from direct sunlight and leave the print in the protective wrapping. Place a book, or another heavy object on the very ends of the print. After a few hours the print should become flat.

Size A6, A5 and size A4 prints are packaged in an acid free protective sleeve, which is placed inside a hard board-backed rigid envelope. Sizes A3 and A2 are rolled in an acid free protective sleeve, which is then placed inside a rigid postal tube.

The protective sleeve not only protects your print, it also makes it easier to remove your print from the postal tube without any damage. This also makes it easier to flatten your image out ready to hang on your walls.
