The coat is a really high-quality coat and quite attractive. I think I will enjoy it for years. I was very nervous when the item was shipped by mail, as in the past, items mailed to our destination have been lost or stuck in customs, especially if there is no phone number attached to the order. However, we were able to figure out the customs and pick up the coat at the post office. It would have been good if the seller had asked our shipping preference or provided a way for us to attach a phone number to the shipment.
