Each Travel Mug is wrapped with a water and scratch resistant vegan leather. Each mug has double-wall vacuum insulation with a clear lid. The mug has a narrower bottom to fit most standard cup holders. It is 2X heat & cold resistant compared to a normal travel mug. Polar Camels are made from 18/8 gauge stainless steel (18% chromium/8% nickel) - also known as Type 304 Food Grade. These mugs are extremely durable, dent resistant and rust proof. Guaranteed not to rust or corrode. Professionally engraved with anything you wish and as much text as you wish, these mugs make a perfect gift for any event.

If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item or immediate full refund once returned. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Damaged Shipments: Due to changes with USPS, you must report any damage/missing items within 3 days of delivery. Please send photos including the packaging with the tracking number so that we can file a claim for you.
