Do you accept exchanges?

Our items are family owned antiques and we do not keep multiple quantities of items on hand for the majority of our pieces. We urge you to read the item's listing details and review the photos before you complete your purchase and please, please message us with any questions.

Do you offer shipping insurance on your items?

We do pay for insurance for most items that we ship, typically equal to the full price we are selling the item for. This is usually for glassware, china and delicate items. Please feel free to ask for insurance before purchasing and we will gladly add it to any purchase for the purchase price minus taxes, shipping and any miscellaneous Etsy fees. As the seller, we will pay for this insurance. Any insurance for over the sale amount will be paid for by the buyer.

Are your antiques reproductions or originals?

To the best of our knowledge, all of our items are original pieces unless otherwise noted, such as book reprints. We do our best to research pieces for maker's marks and approximate dates of production. Please contact us with any questions if you believe we have an item improperly labeled.

What should I do if my item arrives broken?

We hope that doesn't happen! We take pride in packing each item carefully, especially our delicate pieces. Our items are antiques, so they are not replaceable by our shop as all pieces are family owned. If your purchase arrived damaged or broken, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of what is broken. The Buyer has two choices: The Seller will file a claim with the shipping carrier and issue a refund appropriate to what was broken or damaged. Shipping fees are not refundable. Refunds will occur once the shipping carrier approves our claim. Or the Buyer may also choose to ship the entire purchase back to us, at your cost, and we will refund the sale price of the item minus shipping costs.

What should I do if my order is lost or never arrives?

We provide tracking on every order we ship. Unfortunately, lost packages, misdelivered packages or stolen packages are an issue the Buyer must resolve with the shipping carrier. Lawrence's Heirlooms is not responsible shipping mishaps once your item is with the shipping carrier. Please use your tracking number found with the order information in your Etsy account and contact the shipping carrier. We hope you receive your order on time and intact!

Do you guarantee shipping for Christmas? What is your "Buy Before" date for Christmas delivery?

Holiday shipping delays do happen, unfortunately. We try to ship all items within 2-5 business days. The anticipated processing time may vary, be sure to read the shipping portion of your item's description before you buy. Even with expedited shipping, expect shipping delays for the upcoming holiday season. Please shop early and contact us BEFORE you buy should you need something by a certain date and we will see if we can assist you. However, we cannot guarantee any deliveries before Christmas.

Measures 12” x 8 ¾” x 2 ¾” with 19 pages and many Victorian era photos included. One page is torn at the bottom. Cover has wear and is blue on the back and faded, metal latch closure in working order. Album is made by Art Album Company, Battlecreek Michigan. Such a lovely antique piece!
