I ordered 2 custom advent calendars for each of my grandchildren. One was perfect. The other was sewed together where the support rod was supposed to be placed. Quick communication with shop order & a return label was emailed. Within less than a week I had the 2nd one back. Great communication & service. I can’t wait to see their little faces Dec 1.
