After Etsy processes your payment you will automatically be allowed access to your downloadable files. You will also receive an e-mail with a link to your downloads. This will allow you to access them later if you desire. You will always be able to access your files by visiting your Etsy profile and clicking "Purchases and Reviews".

There are several options when printing your files.

1. Print your artwork on your home or office printer

2. Upload the files to an online printing service like www.shuttterfly.com, or mpix.com or a print and frame service like www.framebridge.com.
3. Email your files to a local print store - like Walmart, Staples, Walgreens or Costco.

You can use any type of white paper to make your prints turn out stunning. Here are some great options that turn out to look great.

- Matte Texture
- Ultra-white paper
- Ultra-thick, cardstock paper

Yes, you certainly can! I just don't recommend you going larger than about 25x14 inches with your print on the Frame TV files, otherwise you might see quality loss. Just download the file and upload it onto your favorite print place (Walmart, Staples, Walgreens, Costco, etc.). Their software will allow you to properly crop it so you get a perfectly gorgeous print!

If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.

If you paid via Apple Pay and cannot locate your order, or did not receive the emailed Etsy receipt, please read below.
When signing into Etsy through the app, you chose the option "Hide My Email", which creates a unique, random email address to use with apps, websites, etc, to keep your personal email private.
In turn, you will not receive the Etsy email receipt with the link to download your files. Instead, it was sent to the randomly created email address.

If you cannot locate your order by logging into your Etsy account through a web browser (Etsy.com - not the app), please reach out through Etsy messaging. Etsy support could also help you locate your order.
