I'm writing to provide a 5-star review for Tiffany at Sprig & Vine Wreaths for (1) her outstanding customer service and (2) the beautifully crafted custom wreath she created! Prior to getting started on the wreath, Tiffany communicated with me about design and color scheme. She offered several excellent ideas and even went so far as to create a number of different wreath mock-ups! Additionally, she went out of her way to procure a special grapevine base for my wreath. What amazing customer service!!!! The wreath is beautiful, expertly crafted, and made of high-quality materials. When my daughter first saw it, she thought it was made from fresh greenery! The wreath was carefully and thoughtfully packed, and it arrived in perfect condition. I'm very pleased with our wreath and highly recommend Sprig & Vine Wreaths!
