▶ Packing and shipping packages

All our items are carefully packaged in a sturdy, weather-resistant plastic mailing bag. This ensures your order arrives in perfect condition, protected from rain, snow, and any possible damage during transit. To keep your bag safe and compact, we ship it folded. Don’t worry — this will not affect its beautiful appearance. With your order, we’ll share our simple step-by-step guide on how to restore the leather to its perfect shape and keep it looking stunning for years to come.

▶ Leather color and thickness

Due to the natural thickness of the leather, measurements may vary slightly. Please note that colors may also have subtle variations from one batch to another.

▶ CUSTOM ORDERS / ADD-ONS

Any modifications to CUSTOM ORDERS must be confirmed with the seller prior to placing your order. All requested changes should be clearly stated in the order notes. If no such note is provided, we regret to inform you that the changes cannot be made. Kindly note: CUSTOM ORDERS that include ADD-ONS are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. Every item offered by Anastasov.Store / Etsy shop is brand new and exclusively handcrafted. Each piece is made to order with great attention to detail, ensuring that your product is created especially for you after your order is placed.

▶ Returns & Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. We accept returns and exchanges on items that: It is not personalized, not custom-made, and not a clearance or sale item. It does not include any add-ons or modifications, as these are considered customizations of the original item. It is in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with original tags (if any), and in the original packaging. It is accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

▶ Order Preparation

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 1-5 business days. But usually we do everything possible to send your order ASAP. Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders only on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends. SO Saturday and Sunday don't count! REMEMBER: production and shipping are 2 different processes. Each process has its own term.

🇺🇸 USA All duties/taxes ($10–$50) are covered by the customer. We carefully craft and ship your order within 2–4 business days (excl. weekends/holidays). Delivery time depends on your choice of Regular or Express shipping. 🇪🇺 EU & 🇬🇧 UK Customs fees/taxes ($10–$50) apply. Orders leave our studio in 2–5 business days. Your delivery time will depend on the method selected at checkout. 🌎 Worldwide Customs fees/taxes ($10–$50) are paid by the customer. We ship in 3–6 business days. Delivery time depends on your chosen shipping service. For remote areas or large orders, final rates are shown at checkout — or simply contact us for assistance.

▶ International Returns & Customs

International Returns & Customs For international returns, buyers are responsible for: • Properly declaring the shipment as a “Returned Goods” • Marking the correct value as the original purchase price • Covering any return shipping costs If a returned package is incorrectly declared and results in import/customs fees, the seller reserves the right to: • Deduct customs fees from the refund • Refuse the package if excessive charges are applied The seller is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or carrier handling fees incurred due to incorrect return declaration.

Refunds are processed after physical inspection of returned items. If the returned package does not contain all items from the original order, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
