Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package, if you would like to make a return. Then, you must just ship your package back to us at your expense. Earrings are not returnable or exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.

We will send you a voucher code of the value of your order (shipping charges are non-refundable).

If unsuccessful delivery attempts occur or if your package is not collected from the deposit after unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be shipped back to us. If you wish for us to resend it to you, we will charge the standard shipping fee again. If this happens and you'd like to return your order, you will have to wait for us to receive the package before we issue any refunds.

All our earrings is lead and nickel free. Some ear allergies vary but all our earrings back needles are made with high quality 92.5 STERLING SILVER and plated with your choice of finish (Rhodium, 16k Gold, or Rose Gold). These are gold plated jewels, not solid gold. It's normal for the gold plating to fade over time and with use, due to friction and exposure to the elements. How you care for your gold plated jewels influences how long the plating lasts for. To prevent this from happening, or to slow it down, it is best to keep jewelry dry and away from lotions, perfumes, and any other weird chemicals.

We hold the right to deny a return if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
