This is a beautiful little antique silver purse from the Victorian/Edwardian era, most likely the 1910s. Possibly made from continental silver, the front of the purse features a beautiful floral engraved design. It's a lovely shape with leather pocket interior, and has a chain with a ring so that it can be hung on your finger.
There are a couple of marks on the purse which I cannot make out but they are not English hallmarks. It's in overall good condition with a few small signs of age and a slight bit of discolouration to the leather, but otherwise intact.
This would make a fantastic edition to an outfit - or a perfect modern cigarette/tobacco holder.
