Can I cancel my order after it has been placed and paid?

You can cancel your order within one day (24 hours) after placing and paying. After this time, we start processing the order and its cancellation is no longer possible.

What happens when I will not pick up the package with the ordered goods?

If you do not pick up the parcel for any reason (although you can do so), then the parcel will be disposed of by the carrier. In some cases, the package may be sent back to us as the sender. If the package is sent back to us, you will have the option of receiving it if you pay the cost of re-shipping, plus the cost of returning the package to us earlier and its storage (1% of the order value per day). If these total costs exceed the value of the goods, the package will be disposed of. In each of these cases, you are not entitled to any claims against us - in particular, you are not entitled to withdraw from the contract and refund or obtain compensation.
