How do I download the files purchased?

You will click on the Your Account Tab on the top right side of the Etsy website, then scroll down and click on Purchases and Reviews. There you will see your files ready to download and print! You will need to be logged in on Etsy on a web browser. You can not download files through the Etsy App.

Can I re-sell your products?

No. All my physical/digital products are for personal use only. They can not be duplicated, sold, or used in any other way, shape, or form.

For digital download products- Do you accept returns or cancellations?

Due to the nature of the digital download file, no refund or cancellation can be offered. If you are having issues with your digital download, please contact me for further assistance.

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

HOMESCHOOLWITHLIZZ is not liable for packages that are delayed or in transit, lost by the shipping carrier or stolen--all circumstances which are beyond our control. Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages.

What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.
