All items should be hand washed in tepid water. Roll in a towel to press out any excess water. Do not wring out. Lay flat to dry. All bobbles should be removed from garments before hand washing as the fluffy bobble will felt!

All items are send in a branded vellum sleeve and with a swing tag. If you would like your product to be gift wrapped or personalised select gift wrap at checkout or contact me!

Product must be paid for in full before making can commence. Making in normal periods usually takes 1 week for knitted products, 1-2 weeks for the chunky reflective snood, and 1-5 business days for all other products. During busy periods, making may take a maximum of 2-3 weeks for knitted products, and 5 business days for all other products as all products are made by hand. Please see individual listings for making time, and contact us if you have any questions!

All standard delivery is untracked. Please contact us should you want to upgrade to signed & tracked delivery. Delivery in the UK can take up to 3 days after making the product (varies for different items). Orders are shipped from the UK. Estimated shipping times are 1-2 weeks to Europe, 2-3 weeks to the US, Canada and Australia and approx 3 weeks for other international orders. All of the items have the option to be sent via normal post or via tracked & signed post. The default shipping is standard shipping. Pluck'd Designs cannot be held responsible for any products lost in the post, but we will work with you to solve any issues! Please contact us should you have any queries!

We recommend that you hand wash your garment once every 3 months in tepid soapy water, patting it dry with a towel and laying it flat to dry.

Remove bobbles/pom-poms before hand washing hats as it will felt and shrink! The bobble does not need washing.

Do not wring wet knitwear. ,A de-linter or your fingers can be used to remove any lint when needed.

With any woollen products, whilst the wool has been professionally cleaned, due to the nature of the material (and sheep!) there may be small bits of hay, grass or mud in the wool. We want to reassure you that this does happen when working with natural fibres, and that the garment is clean and ready to wear!
