The final print quality will depend on the type of printer and paper used. If your print has a *border* option on it you may want to change it to use "no border" on your printer settings. Most of the time that doesn't bother anyone since ripping paper borders is what we do... But if it bugs you just resize it through your printer. Also, because printers are all a bit different in that calibration sizing of the print may be more or less. All this can be adjusted in your print settings very easily.
