Custom Orders: I do take select custom orders. Custom printing takes 6-8 weeks. I cannot print YOUR designs or third-party designs because of copyright issues.

Is this item Silk or Satin?

Most of my items are 100% pure silk. Satin is a type of weave, not a type of fabric. Silk Satin is a satin-weave silk, which has a smooth sheen on one side and a crepe or matte finish on the other. The fabric is always listed in each item's description. Scroll down the item page until you see the tiny words "Read Item Description" or "Learn More about this Item" depending on your device.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I do not provide gift wrapping, but each order comes in an elegant gift box, ready for presentation. There is a picture of the gift box as the last photo in each item listing

More packaging or less packaging? Please tell me your preference!

For international shipping because of the cost I almost always consolidate multiple items into as few boxes as possible, or even leave out the box entirely to save weight. For US orders, I usually consolidate orders into as few boxes as possible except during the holidays when I assume items may be used as gifts. If you have a preference please tell me when you order! I am happy to use more gift boxes or less if you let me know.

USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express are inexpensive but NOT reliable. If you have an absolute deadline, please purchase one of the options from this listing or search my shop for RUSH. https://www.etsy.com/listing/1069099263 I will select the best shipping option for your deadline and refund the excess as soon as I ship. The RUSH Shipping listing is for ONE 8-oz gift box. If you order several scarves and want a gift box for each, purchase the same number of these upgrades and I will refund any overage quickly. Leaving out extra gift boxes will almost always save money on shipping. The same shipping speed for UPS and Fedex costs very different amounts depending on the destination, so an address is needed for an estimate.
