How do I download my files?

You will be able to download your file from your account. Go to "Purchases and Reviews" and you should see download files next to the purchase. You will need to login on a laptop or desktop computer; currently Etsy does not support digital downloads on their app. If you are checking out as a Guest, your download links will be automatically emailed to you.

Where should I print my files?

You can print from your home printer or from a professional service such as Staples, Walgreens, UPS Store, or Office Max. Other options include Mpix, Shutterfly, Snapfish, or Nations Photo Lab.

How do I unzip my files?

Some digital print downloads will be contained in a zip folder. To access your files, they first need to be unzipped. If you have a Windows computer, here's a link on how to unzip your files: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/zip-and-unzip-files-f6dde0a7-0fec-8294-e1d3-703ed85e7ebc Sometimes Windows gives an error message which reads "Windows cannot complete extraction. The destination file could not be created.” If this happens, simply move the zip file to another folder on your computer, such as Documents, and try again. Windows can be a little finicky sometimes and literally moving the file usually solves the problem. If you have a Mac, you just simply double click to open the zip folder and access your files.
