🍪 NEW MEXICO ICONS • BISCOCHITOS CUTTER SET 🍪

Celebrate two unmistakable pieces of New Mexico in one cookie! This set of 4 New Mexico biscochito cookie cutters combines a cookie cutter of a New Mexican icon with a built-in Zia sun stamp in one piece. Each cutter cuts the outer cookie shape while simultaneously pressing the Zia design directly into the dough.

CUTS + STAMPS IN ONE PRESS

Unlike ordinary outline-only cookie cutters, these cutters don't just create the outside shape. The integrated cookie stamp leaves a detailed Zia sun imprint in the center of every biscochito—with no separate stamp to position or line up.

Designed especially for biscochitos, New Mexico's official state cookie, this collection celebrates New Mexico through both the shapes of the cookies and the Zia sun design featured on the state's flag.
