How can I get my downloads?

Once your order is processed (a few moments after placing your order), you'll receive an email from Etsy with a receipt and Download Links - Simply click them and you're good to go. You can also login to your Etsy account (via Safari or Chrome), go to "Your Account" ==> "Purchases and Reviews". There is a full history of your orders. Click on the purchased item and you'll see a "Download Files" link next to it. If you have any questions, please feel free to send me a message and I'll be more than happy to help.

Will I receive the physical artwork?

This is a digital file so no physical items will be sent! But please feel free to contact us for instructions on how to print the photos.

What type of paper should I use?

A heavyweight matte paper or card stock would be the perfect choice. Premium archival fine art paper with a slight watercolor or linen texture will result in more premium art reproductions.
