This journal is absolutely breathtaking. It is well-crafted with quality materials. I almost don’t want to give it as a gift, but rather keep it for myself. I did not need any customer service; however, the seller did reach out to me just to make sure that I knew the product was on the way and when to expect it which I appreciated. in this case, the pictures don’t do the product justice. It is far more beautiful in person. I highly recommend this product and this seller.
