If you are not satisfied with an item for any reason, I will provide a full refund less the actual shipping and handling charge (usually around $4.00). The return or exchange request must be made within 3 days from the actual delivery date. All returns must be postmarked within 3 business days of receiving a return authorization. Please contact me via Etsy convo only.

I do not accept return/exchange authorization requests after 3 days from receipt of shipment and do not accept goods postmarked after 3 business days from return approval unless prior arrangements have been made. Postage, shipping & handling charges are not reimbursable. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

Please note that items must be returned to us in their original condition, and use the original box and the box insert to protect the jewelry inside. The payment will not be refunded if the items are damaged due to poor packaging on your part.

It is strongly recommended that returns are sent back with insurance and delivery confirmation. I will not issue a refund if it is lost or damaged in the mail.

**If you are returning an item from outside of the US, please note that I will not be responsible for any customs fees, as they will be subtracted from your refund amount. To avoid me having to pay customs fees, it is best to ship the return via standard airmail and indicate them as a gift or return merchandise.
