If you are unhappy with your purchase we accept returns and exchanges for NOT personalised items within 14 days of delivery date. Before taking the steps please read the return policy carefully.

• Returned item(s) must be in their original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• Please attach RETURN FORM included order number, your name and reason of return. Returns without FORM will not be accepted

We do not cover return postage costs. The parcel is your responsibility until received by us. We recommend registered post. Please keep proof of postage (this will be required to claim from the Royal Mail when the parcel get lost)

• No refunds/exchanges will be made until the returned items are received.
• For returns - the original method payment will be reimbursed within 14 days. Shipping costs will be deducted from the order amount.
