very blurry image, will not be using this one

Jessica Sep 28, 2023

Response from Leilah Harshbarger

This is one of my most popular designs and I have not heard from anyone else that it was blurry. Even if it is/was blurry, Jessica never contacted me about this issue. I would’ve helped troubleshoot or provide a new file. Then, I contacted Jessica after this review to never receive a response. Please never hesitate to reach out if you experience an issue with Etsy or a product purchased! - Lei
