Where can I find my digital print after purchase?

🧚🏼♀️ You can access your purchase via "https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases" on desktop only, not mobile. To do so, follow these directions: 1. Go to your Etsy homepage 2. Click your profile icon on the top right-hand corner of your browser 3. Navigate to "purchases" and click 4. You're in! Scroll down and find your latest purchase from GS Print Shoppe 5. When you find the order you are looking for click the black button that says "Download Files" 6. Done! Please access your digital files through this route and contact Etsy support if you are having issues gaining access to your Etsy account.

Can I print these at home?

🌈 For printing at home, use good quality card or art paper. Use Satin or matte paper and heavy weight paper. However, printing at home can be tricky unless you have a specialized printer, so I would recommend taking your file / sending into a retailer to print.

Where should I print?

Ah! I ordered the wrong print!

For digital downloads: The shop follows Etsy's guidelines and, due to the nature of these products, does not refund digital products, including those that are ordered on accident or in personal error. For physical items: Each physical item is made to order so the shop does not issue returns or exchanges for products ordered on accident or in personal error. Of course, if your physical product arrives damaged or incorrect we will make it right within 30 days of purchase! Simply reach out via message and provide proof of your damaged package.

Can I purchase your designs for commercial use?

Simply put, no. All the files included in the shop are copyrighted and are only for personal use. You can download and print your files unlimited times but you should not physically/digitally resell or digitally redistribute the files as originals nor as modified.

Will I always have access to my digital print?

There are no limits to how many times you can download a file. If the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed, you can always access the files on your Purchases page. You should download the files to your own device as soon as the purchase is complete, just to be safe!

Do you have any suggestions for framing?

Yes! My favorite places for frames are: Framebridge | Target | Home Goods | IKEA In addition, you would be surprised how many thrift stores have wonderful second-hand frames that are in need of some re-purposing! I find these frames always have the best charm, too! ✨
