Custom and personalized orders

Please contact us via the ETSY message service. Please provide us with all the information needed for customized orders with as much accuracy as possible. Details that would be helpful are: color, neck or wrist measurements without any slack, pattern design, color combination order, length desired for products such as leashes and key chains. If you have any timeline information, that would be helpful. Please note that larger items will need more length of cord and more time to complete. Should we be running low on a color you requested, or it is a color that we sell quickly, we will let you know and work with you to determine the best course of action.

The onus is on the Buyer to ensure your mailing address associated with your ETSY account is up-to-date. Shipments will only be mailed out to the address listed on the order. If shipments are RTS (Return to Sender) or Address not deliverable, packaged refused, etc. then additional charges will apply.

We don't accept cancellations. Ready to Ship Items: As items are RTS or "Ready to Ship" we sometimes will mail out items the same day as the order is placed, therefore cancellation is not possible. Custom Orders: In terms of custom orders, we try to communicate with you thoroughly prior to making a custom listing for you and you have the opportunity to review the listing and ensure it is accurate before purchasing. Therefore we cannot cancel custom orders.

We ship all items from Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, USA. Please allow 3 to 6 weeks for international shipments to arrive. Tracking will be available via the USPS.com website until the item leaves the USA. If tracking is available through your local postal service, they will be able to assist you with tracking. International packages are subject to customs inspection, please allow ample time for them to arrive. Please be aware that the value of your order will be accurately reflected on the customs declaration. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or tariffs levied after the initial US postage.
