Are your files compatible with my software?

Each design purchase includes an SVG, PNG, EPS & DXF File Format of the design. SVG: Cricut Design Space, Silhouette DE, Make The Cut, Sure Cuts A Lot, Brother Scan N Cut, Adobe, Inkscape, Gimp, CorelDRAW, Corel Paint, Sketch, Affinity, Gravit, Canva, Picmonkey & More. DXF: Auto CAD programs, CNC Laser Cutters, CorelDRAW, Silhouette Studio Basic Edition, Autodesk & More. EPS: Adobe, Affinity, Corel Draw, Inkscape, Gimp, Krita & More. PNG: Procreate & All of the above. All of our files have a transparent background for easy overlay placement and 300 dpi resolution PNG files. If your software is not listed, please web search the file type that your software requires. These file formats are the standards for design software.

Can I use these files for commercial use?

Yes! You can sell any physical items created with our designs. This includes Print On Demand products. You do not have permission to sell or share the digital design files in any way.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to nature of digital items, no refunds are allowed. But if there will be any problem with your file, we will help you and together we will solve the problem!

Will these files work with my Cricut cutting machine?

Yes! All of my SVG Files are tested on Cricut Design Space before distribution. I do provide all of my design files in a high resolution. If you would like a smaller sized file in any format, please contact me and I am happy to provide one to you :)

Where can I find my digital purchases in my account?

To access your digital files from your account: Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. 1. Go to Purchases and reviews. 2. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. 3. You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see an “Instant Download" message on the images for the item. There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page. And also you will receive an email with a link to download your digital file.
