Each unit is hand crafted with fiberglass reinforced concrete and sealed with a food grade sealer to protect your new work of art!

Your new beauty will be securely shipped in a wooden crate and packaged snug with foam to ensure its safe arrival!

Concrete inherently has color variations, pores, and other "imperfections" that contribute to it's raw beauty and character. These attributes occure naturally at random, and are not in our control.

NOTE: PLEASE ENSURE TO OPEN AND INSPECT YOU PURCHASE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING IT. NO TRANSIT DAMAGE CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED BY CONCRETE COMFORT AFTER 48 HOURS!

Concrete Properties

Product Appearance & Variation – Concrete Comfort's concrete products are made by hand using natural materials and therefore all products will vary in color, size, appearance, and texture. Naturally occurring pin/bug holes, air pockets and/or hairline cracks may appear on the surface at any time, also after installation. Holes filled on the surface or edges will have a different shade or tone of color than the root concrete color. These variations are not considered a defect but rather a desirable characteristic. Concrete Comfort reserves the right to decide if holes and hairline cracks are to be filled as part of the artistic process or not. Approved color samples may vary from the finished product. The concrete fabricated for the order may differ in look and feel from any sample previously provided. Concrete Comfort has limited control over the outcome of each product and is therefore not responsible for replacing or repairing products due to these variations.


Chipping/Scratching - Concrete is a very durable material but may chip if struck with another hard object. Scratches may form on your surface if a sharp or rough object is dragged across the concrete. Concrete Comfort is not responsible for repairing or replacing products that are scratched. 

Cracking - Cracks can form in concrete from stress, movement, shrinkage, weather (freeze-thaw), or abuse to the product. Hairline surface cracks may develop and are considered acceptable in the concrete industry. Concrete Comfort is not responsible for repairing or replacing products that have or develop hairline cracks free of charge.

Staining - Our concrete has a sealer applied for water and stain resistance (left in its natural state, unsealed concrete is porous and will stain). The sealer uses water as it’s activator to react, meaning standing water left on the surface for a long period of time may cause the sealer to “blush” out white. This will also occur with highly acidic products left on the surface such as lemon juice, vinegar, wine, tomatoes, and other harsh chemicals or cleaners such as acetone, ammonia, bleach, etc. In the case of this occurring, it is recommended to frequently wipe down the area with a damp cloth. Over time the “blushing” will fade out as the sealer continues to react. All sealers used on our concrete products are food safe and are designed to withstand normal use. Spills should be avoided or cleaned up in a timely fashion to prevent the concrete from staining and/or etching. Staining can also occur if the sealer is compromised (e.g. cutting on it or using abrasive cleaners/pads).

Q: Do you offer custom colors?
A: All custom color blends will add $100 CAD to your order.

Q: Do your units come with mounting brackets?
A: Units are not sold with brackets, but you may purchase a bracket from the bracket listing.

Q: Do you offer expedited fabrication times/ “ Rush Orders”
A: A: All orders are processed in the order of which they are placed, and within the set lead time specified.
All rush orders will include $500 CAD fee to prioritize your order ahead of previously made orders and to still allow us stay within promised time frames for all. ( In other words - to extend our work days to accommodate for a rush order, I must be able to pay my team overtime) A “ RUSH ORDER “ is processed in approximately 2 weeks instead of our standard 6 weeks

Q: Do you take orders over the phone?
A: No. To ensure the protection of both parties all order details and sale agreements must be communicated through Etsy solely.

Q: What if change my mind or no longer need my purchase?
A: We do not accept order cancellations or free of charge order modifications.

Q: Do you have any pictures of additional colors?
A: All available photos have been posted. When more photos become available they will be added to the listing.

Q: Do you have colour samples available?
A: Yes. Please see the colour sample listing for purchasing.

Q: What if I want to order a design or dimension that’s not listed?
A: Please message us directly for custom orders.

Q: Do you offer the option to pick up opposed to shipping?
A: Should you like to pick up your order from our workshop located in Burlington Ontario, please advise and we will provide a coupon that will deduct the shipping fee.

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We are currently shipping all over Canada, the USA, and the Caribbean islands.

Q: How can I order a cabinet?
A: Due to the fragile nature of our cabinets, we are no longer shipping these internationally. We may offer cabinets for local pick up orders only.

Q: Do you offer trades/contractor/designer discounts?
A: No, we do not.

Q: Can I order a sink to float alone?
A: All of our sinks could be mounted to float or on top of a cabinet, your choice!
