Orders not approved within this time frame will be canceled. Note that we start production immediately upon your approval, and changes are not possible thereafter. Review everything carefully!

3. Any change requests to the custom illustration will incur a $20 fee. You're entitled to two complimentary adjustments for text and layout changes. While you can cancel your order before shipping for any reason, a $10 artwork fee applies if the artwork has already been created.
