All tees are printed by hand so please allow room for the mockup shirts shown within our listings to occasionally be slightly different (i.e. image placement or size or for ink colors to vary slightly). This is natural when hand printing and especially when printing images on various sizes and styles of shirts. Please note as well that inks printed on certain tees, particularly dark tees with lighter inks, may have a more faded finished look than the mockup product image shows within our shop. Some styles of tees hold inks more heavily and some lighter. This is the natural process of printing with digitally and not screen printing. We welcome large quantity/bulk orders. Contact us for details or questions about custom orders.

What does "Made to Order" mean?

"Made to Order" items are what our store is made up of. It means the product you purchase is not created until you place your order. This qualifies them as "custom orders" Each item is printed just for you in your specified size. Keep in mind this shop does not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders so make sure to pay attention to the size charts provided!

What inks do you use for clothing?

We use genuine Brother GT-3, water based pigment inks. GT-3 inks are CPSIA compliant and Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe to print on youth/children’s clothing and reduce environmental waste. Also, GT-3 inks provide a high washing colorfast AATCC rating of 4.

How are the shirts printed? Are they screen prnted?

Our standard process is the Direct to Garment (DTG) method of printing. That means we can create photo quality prints. We use Kornit and Brother printers for all DTG printed garments. We don't screen print.

I see the digital download, but not the actual item of the shirt I want. Will you make me a shirt from a svg file you have listed? Do I have to buy the listing first?

No. You do not have to purchase the file for us to create a shirt with the design you would like. Just click "Message me" and We will get a listing made for you with the shirts you desire.

Do you ship internationally?

No. This shop isn't available in and doesn't ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. This list may change periodically. We're available to all other countries and ship internationally!

Gildan is a Canadian company and is our primary supplier for shirts. They are very soft shirt that we print on. They have a looser fit for women and are Unisex.

What is "bella canvas"?

Bella+Canvas is a little bit higher quality, more fashionable tee. Bella Canvas is the Unisex label. This company is based out of LA. Bella+Canvas offer great styles and their shirts are all 100% combed and ring-spun cotton which makes for a super soft feel. These shirts are a little more pricey than Gildan, but are worth it if you are looking for a stylish fit.

Can I sell your SVG & PNG files commercially in my small business shop?

Yes! You may sell PHYSICAL items with the purchase of each design. (finished products like shirts, pillows, mugs, invitations, wooden signs, ornaments etc. You may NOT resell the files digitally) >>> It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure a phrase is not trademarked - Shirts Gifts & More is NOT responsible for any trademark violations you may incur when using our designs. You can check for trademarks at TESS.

What happens if a package wasn't delivered to me, but the tracking states that it was?

Unfortunately, we can’t help if the carrier marked the package as delivered, but you haven’t received it. There’s no way for us to verify this claim, so we won’t be able to cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. But not all is lost! There might be cases where the delivery person left the package at your address in an unexpected location. Customers should reach out to the carrier and ask for additional information about the shipment. For example: "Left under the table on the back porch." If you can’t locate the package, you’ll need to place a ne manual order to have it reshipped. Then submit a claim to the carrier stating the current issue.
