Yes. I can design and create for you any piece you want. Just keep in mind that I don’t make copies of other designers’ work. All pieces are handmade, the average time is two weeks. Sometimes it can take less.

In every shipment you will find these care instructions. All the pieces of Havanflamingo are protected with varnish for metal. Brass, as any other metal, rusts with time. This is part of a natural process. Do not shower or get into the sea using your jewelry. You should take into consideration the PH of your skin, skins with a very acid PH tend to rust easily any metal. Moisturizing creams, sun block cream and make-up contain components which absorb water, this is why you should wear your pieces only after the make-up or the cream have already dried out on your skin. After taking off your jewelry clean them with a soft and dry cloth.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All pieces are carefully wrapped and shipped in a cardboard box with a raffia bow and a thank you note. All pieces are shipped in padded envelopes. You have the gift wrap option with a black and silver paper with a black satin bow - Price 4 usd .

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Why does the courier service send me an invoice for my purchase if shipping is free?

Since August 25, 2025, the Trump administration eliminated duty-free import limits. Previously, purchases under $800 USD from abroad were tax-free. Now, a 15% tax is levied on all purchases, with no minimum, in addition to customs duties. This 15% tax is subject to change by the administration starting in March 2026. This is a tax that citizens must pay on purchases made abroad. Courier services, in this case UPS, are responsible for billing and collecting these taxes.

What happens if I decide not to pay the import taxes and refuse delivery?

As you can read in my store policies under the section "Shipping/Customs and Import Taxes": "Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs." If you choose to refuse delivery, the package will be declared abandoned and NO refund will be issued.
