Wanderer Hat for Cosplay - Genshin Impact - Instant Download STL Files for 3D Printing

These are fan-made models of Wanderer's hat based off of his official art and in game model from Genshin Impact. All of my models are always made from scratch by me.

Due to etsy's upload limits, you will receive a google drive link with 1 zip folder that contains the 75 stl files:

1. The flower section which comes separated as petal layer 1, petal layer 2 and the centre.

2. The material section which comes separated as the blue base, the top outer ring, the top inner ring, the underside outer ring and the underside inner ring. The blue base, top outer ring, the top inner ring, the underside outer ring and the underside inner pattern is pre-separated into 8, 6, 12, 8 and 4 parts respectively.

3. The frame section which comes separated as the core ring, 2 identical flourishes and 6 identical petals. The core ring is pre-separated into 8 parts.

4. 2 identical sets of hat accessories which comes separated as the upper connector piece, the lower connector 1, the lower connector 2, the core, the gem, the gem cap and 2 identical rings. Each core is pre-separated into 2 parts.

Generalised Filament Printer Settings Recommendation:

The below parameters have been tested to work well with Overture PLA+ Pro specifically. The efficacy of these settings is highly dependent on how brittle/impact resistant your chosen filament is. Note that Overture PLA+ Pro is more durable than typical PLA. Please note as well that PLA in general is prone to warping in hotter temperatures, be sure to not leave any printed parts outside for long in the sun.

. A fine layer height of 0.2mm or less for a nice and smooth surface straight off of the print bed.

. Organic/tree supports at 45% overhang threshold and 0.2 detachable top z contact distance.

. Infill at around 5-10% gyroid for a more lightweight model, or 10-20% gyroid for a more durable model.

. x2-3 walls at 0.8mm thickness for adequately durable model walls. (A model's main strength I find comes from the number of walls and not so much the infill density. This in conjunction with the infill setting chosen is very dependent on how brittle/impact resistant your filament is.)

Some things to consider:

. These models and split parts are designed to fit on a Prusa MK4S printer build volume of 25cm wide, 21cm deep, & 22cm high.

. The included models are scaled to fit a generalised 5'7" tall person. If you would like to resize to a different generalised height (such as 5'3" or 6'0"), and are not comfortable doing it yourself, please contact me so I can do it for you!

. I will be unable to provide the models in any file format other than .stl

. I typically provide the models in a default orientation which is often not at an optimal orientation to print considering various factors, please consider the orientation of the models and adjust them accordingly. If you would like some orientation tips, please contact me.

. Before printing your final parts, make sure to do a test print, double check that the generalised sizes are right for you and re-size if needed. If you decide to resize, make sure to scale all joining parts collectively so that they will fit together. If parts have features that rely on ultra precise measurements such as dowel slots, fabric slots, or magnet insets, note that I must resize the models for you to maintain the correct size of the feature so it remains useful.

. Models that are pre-split into parts will likely have some degree of seam line depending on how accurately your printer prints the joining edges of the models, the pins, and the voids, as well as material expansion. If you encounter this, I recommend using some sort of filler, such as epoxy putty, to fill in the seam line and then sand everything well for smooth results.

. Try to print in the same main colour that the model is. Doing so will help you save paint since you won't have to apply so many layers to cover up the original random colour. Additionally, if the paint chips at least a similar enough colour will be underneath and won't look out of place. For golden or silver models, I recommend rather just printing with its matte equivalent such as yellow/orange and light blue/grey instead of actual metallic filament if you're going to paint over it as it'll save you a bit of money.
