Gift wrapping and packaging

All items are wrapped in tissue paper for protection. We also offer a gift wrapping service. Items are wrapped in gift paper tied with twine or ribbon and a handcrafted gift tag. Our gift wrap and packaging is eco-friendly and recyclable.

All items are intended for indoor use only, unless specified on the individual listing. Items are intended for decorative use only. Please keep out of the reach of small children.

When are parcels deemed lost

UK orders are not deemed to be “lost” until 10 working days after their last due date. I am therefore unable to issue a replacement or refund until 15 working days have passed. UK legislation applies to this shop. Overseas orders: Royal Mail International do not consider a parcel “lost” until 25 working days after it’s last due date. I am therefore unable to issue a replacement or refund until 35 working days have passed. All orders: Claims for lost items must be made within 60 calendar days of the date the item was shipped. Claims made after this will be rejected due to tracking no longer being available. I will, of course, do all I can to investigate & resolve any postal issues to the best of my ability.

Personalised items, customised items and jewellery are non-returnable unless faulty. All other items are returnable if unused and in their original unopened packaging. You must inform us of your intent to return within 14 days of receiving the item. You then have 14 days to return the item. A refund will only be issued once we have received the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty. This policy is in-line with UK distance-selling law. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage when returning to cover yourself should the item go missing in the post.

A hanging wooden star decoration decoupaged in Emma Bridgewater’s Noel design. Finished with a few coats of varnish for protection and twine to hang. It looks lovely hung on a wall, door or in a window.

The star is 12cm wide and 4mm deep.

Packaged on card in a sealed cellophane bag to protect.

All our products are handmade so slight imperfections may be visible. These are minimal and, we think, add to the charm!

All items are wrapped in tissue paper as standard, but if you’d prefer your item gift wrapped you can add this option to your basket at checkout.

We’re happy to ship gifts directly to the recipient - please ensure you use their address at checkout as Etsy’s T&C’s do not allow us to change the address once the order has been placed.
