Processing time varies depending on the item. Printables/crafts are pre-made and they’re available to download immediately after payment is confirmed. Custom and personalized items require more time as I can’t make them until AFTER they’re purchased. My turn around time ranges from 6-24 hours, depending on how complex the order is.

If you were signed into Etsy when you placed your order you will be able locate your item/download in the "Purchases and Reviews" section in your Etsy account: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases

If you purchased as a ‘guest’, you will receive an automated email from Etsy containing your download links. Please check your spam/junk folders, or if using Gmail the social/promotions tabs.

Every order comes with at least (1) high-resolution PDF file that you can print in multiple sizes. Some of my listings also come with JPG and PNG files. Make sure to read the description for each individual listing, as it varies. 


Nope! No special programs are needed, only your web browser/smart phone!

Once payment is confirmed you can print an an unlimited amount. Remember to ALWAYS do a test print before printing in batches.

Yes! I will resize it free of charge! Please contact me first so resolution quality can be verified. Then I’ll send the custom size file/s to you via a personal link through Etsy messaging.

Yes! Bristol Fairy Co. offers U.S. letter size (8.5x11”/11x8.5”) printing services. You can ship up to four prints with the purchase of a single “Print and Ship” listing.
