We take great care in packaging your items.

In the unfortunate event damage does occur during transit, we require a few photos in order to be able to provide you with a replacement item. Also we require you please contact us within 24hrs of the item arriving.

We need photos of the the exterior of the package, the interior of the package and photos of the damaged item/s. Without these photos we are unable to process replacement items as we will not be able to recover the cost from the courier.

Please note, with acrylic items, there may be some very light surface scratching on some pieces. We always endeavour to avoid this, however acrylic is very susceptible to scratching and is sometimes unavoidable.

Postage prices are to mainland UK - I reserve the right to pass on any surcharge incurred for Highlands & Islands.

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept cancellations after 24 hours of the order being placed.

Due to the custom nature of our items, please consider all sales to be final.
The distance selling regulation do not apply to personalised goods.
Please take care when you are ordering your item that no errors are made,
as the item is personalised no refund can be issued.
If the item arrives damaged in transit or has not arrived at all PLEASE CONTACT US, and we will try our best to rectify the problem.

Please check the sizing before purchase as we cannot change orders once they are manufactured.

Please note, Since 01/01/21 - The UK left the EU, therefore any goods sent from the UK to the EU will be liable for customs duty, the rate will be dependant on your local VAT rate.

Etsy will automatically charge the fee upfront on orders up to €150 - On orders above this, it will be collected by the courier once your order has shipped to you.

If you wish for us to calculate this and collect it before shipping to help the process run smoother, please let us know beforehand.

We will always aim to send all items as soon as possible and will always work very hard to get items to you before your required date if we are given enough notice.

However, we are unfortunately not liable if your order left us on time on the correct service to reach you in time, and suffers any delays in the hands of a third party courier service as we are not in control of this stage.

This also applies to customs delays, We are not responsible for any delays cased by the customs process if the order was posted in accordance with our obligations.

We are able to offer a design proof on many of our items, If you are at all unsure as to how your item will look or would like to double check the item before manufacture, we would be happy to send across a design proof for approval.

On some larger orders we will always provide a proof for your acceptance before manufacture.

Please always check the design proof for any mistakes, As once the proof is accepted we will manufacture the items and they will not be able to be altered after this fact and any re manufacturing will have to be charged accordingly.
