Will you refund me if my plant arrives damaged or broken?

With minor damages- a partial refund is more common, bc the plant will still be okay. I always work with customers to get them what they want. With major damage- if the plant is beyond repair- I would send a replacement. Pictures of the cutting/plant’s condition are required in order to receive a replacement, showing time and date stamp, on the day of delivery. However if the plant did not meet your expectations, no. There is no exchanges. Shipping liven plants is not like shipping clothes or shoes. All information is provided in the listing. If you read the item’s detailed description, you will know exactly what you are getting. If you have special request and want to customize your cutting, please make these request to prevent any issue.

This listing is for monstera aurea cutting and rooted plants. I also have discounted monstera aurea, if you want a less expensive option, see the discounted plant section of my shop. Variegated monstera are prone to browning and yellowing of the leaves, so I try to be fair with pricing.

We sell all our plants, young and old. Special request can be made, visit the "customize your cutting" section of our shop to see options available. For example, Not all cuttings have an Aerial root, please request this using the "aerial root add on" if you want to ensure you're cutting to have an aerial root.

Overnight and 2 day shipping options available. Heat packs are good for winter time time shipping, only if your temps are below 40 degrees consistently.
Also, Please purchase a phase 22 pack if your temps are above 80. This helps keep temps regulated and prevents phase change shock.
