This is a fully illustrated sewing pattern, photo tutorial, written in English, and with full scale templates, for a practical and stylish single strap sling bag, OR A double strap conventional Backpack - A LARGER, Laptop version of our popular Retro Style Sling Bag.

The perfect design and pattern for customizing to create your own unique version! Instructions are given for making the bag either as a single strap Sling Bag, OR as a conventional double-strap backpack. Both versions will fit most 13" laptops, as well as a host of other items.

Skill Level: Intermediate/Advanced : good experience of bag making techniques, including sewing large items, curved seams, seam binding and sewing multiple layers. Please NOTE! This is NOT a beginner bag pattern. If you need advice choosing a pattern for your level, please get in touch.

Instructions written in ENGLISH ONLY with all measurements in inches.

-The strap can be attached to the left or right side of the bag to wear it as a sling bag over either shoulder - perfect for left and right-handers alike!
