Item is exactly as shown. I love it, thank you!
Response from Quin Design Co
Amazing, thank you!
Nice enough triple stitched halter. Leather is tough and ends are cut not skived and burnished. But it is as described. I took a shot. The name on the brass nameplate is out of scale too small. And since the horse is called the initials, PS, I asked that only 'PS' be written on it, and they printed the quotation marks. I suppose it's better than p.s. , That one I would have returned for sure. Overall, I've gotten a handful of items through easy and I haven't been thrilled with any of it. Unfortunately I've a few more orders on the way, maybe I be pleased. Hope so.
Response from Quin Design Co
Thank you for your feedback. We have sent you a pm in the etsy chat as well. We apologize for printing the name just as it was written, which was not what you were wanting. Happy to make it right and send you a new plate.
