Because all of our items are custom and made to order, our policy is exchange only. If you'd like to exchange your item due to wrong sizing or damage upon receipt, please contact us through Etsy as soon as possible (limit is 14 days after item is delivered) with your email address provided. We will send a copy of our exchange protocol to your email address which you will fill out and include with the return package. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost of item (shipping of new item is covered). We will send your exchange out ASAP after receiving the return package. Please note, though we do our best to get exchanges out as fast as possible, new sales must take priority so there may be a slight delay in receiving your new item.

Machine wash warm with like colors - We recommend washing garment inside out - Use a mild detergent - Avoid bleach and use only non-chlorine bleach if needed - Tumble dry medium - Never iron directly on the design - Do not dry clean Avoid washing and/or drying on a high heat setting as this may shrink the item and can cause fading and cracking of the printed area.

The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address at checkout is correct and verified through USPS. In the event that the customer's package is returned to us, we will contact the customer. The customer is responsible for paying postage on the package to have it re-shipped.
