All of my items are sent by Royal Mail, second class unless stated otherwise. Shipping upgrades are available, including first class and tracked delivery. Due to Covid-19, predicted delivery times are slower than usual and are as follows:

UK 2nd class: 2-6 working days after dispatch
UK 1st class or recorded delivery: 1-4 working days after dispatch
Europe: 1-2 weeks after dispatch
USA & rest of the world standard: 3-8 weeks after dispatch
USA & rest of the world tracked: 1-4 weeks after dispatch

My responsibility ends once the item has been posted. Please note that the delivery times stated above are an estimate. Delivery times can be slowed down around Christmas, at no fault of my own, so please order promptly to avoid items arriving late.

If items are lost in the post, please contact me.

Some countries may issue custom charges on your parcel's arrival, I can not take any responsibility for these charges.

If for some reason your parcel is returned to me, undelivered, I will issue a refund for the item only. Postage can only be refunded if the fault is my own - i.e. I wrote the address wrong.

I Jess Smith am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop.

When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Etsy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Etsy, I will receive your username and email address.

The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With Etsy to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.

I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period.

You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.
